Re: Grows in Va. 1700s

Hi!I'm researching the same line, and haven't had much luck with it.My grandfather on my mother's side is William Everett Grow.His father was Everett Francis Grow, b. 14 Jun 1884 in Richmond, VA.He married Sarah Harriet Cordle and Lala Pennington.

Everett Francis Grow's father was William Andrew Grow, b. 18 Mar 1840.I don't know where.He married Sarah Frances Patterson.I have no information on her or her parents.Their children were Howard, James, Joseph, John, Everett Francis, Maggie, and Nora.

William Andrew Grow's father was Joseph Grow, b. abt 1815, we think in VA.He married Eliza Miller somewhere in Nelson Co. VA, and was a collier by trade.Eliza was born abt 1820.Their children were Lucy A., Joseph H., William Andrew, Sarah F., Clinton, Isabella Christian, and Susan.

I'm afraid that's all I have.I don't know if it helps you at all, but I, too, would love more help on this line!
