Ivana, you will find the book in the genealogical sections of your major libraries.You can also get on the web and search for bookstores that deal in out-of-print books.I am still waiting for one to come up.My dad had a copy and gave it to a cousin when I was a young girl back in the 50's.The cousin has never acknowledged receiving it though I know where it is.To purchase it, will probably cost between $150 and $200, that is, if you can locate one.Your best bet is to find it in a library and copy the whole section on the Grow's.Linda
