Grow, Brumfield, Weldy

In looking at documents for the estate of Christian Weldy, In October of 1821, Merryman Brumfiel received $100 for the maintenance of Susanna Weldy from the administrators, Jacob Grow (Susanna's brother) and Philip Mikesell.

If I am correct in my additional information, Merryman was the son of William Brumfield and Mary Grow of KY.Can anyone shed any light on the Brumfield/Grow family to assist me?Has anyone run across the Weldy/Welty line in your research?
