George W. Grow was son of John Henry Grow and Catherine Hartley.
He is in the 1860 census for Jackson county, Liberty Township, Ohio.I have on file:

George W 7/12 will marry Sarah Kight

Sarah Kight was daughter of Samuel Kight and Bathiah Terry. Sarah is 5 in the 1870 census and 15 in the 1880 census.

Sarah and George were parents of Elva Grow who married Robert Matson Hickman Jr.Elva and Bobby divorced and he remarried Lola Pauline Bush.Elva died of cancer, but I do not know otherwise what happened to her after the divorce.See http://members.aol.com/dovelion/genealogy/hickman.htmhttp://members.aol.com/dovelion/genealogy/hickman.htm for what I have compiled.

I believe that after John Henry Grow died in 1865 (Civil War casualty, I believe), his widow married Hiram Morris 23 Dec 1866.She is with "Hiram Maurice" in the 1870 census however George is not listed there.
