Rebecca Holt, Wife of Thomas Grow

What evidence do we have that Rebecca (Holt) Grow was the daughter of James Holt and Hannah Allen?

I notice the speculative remark in the John Grow of Ipswich book, by Davis pointing to this.

However, every book on the Holt family that I have found to contain information on a Rebecca, daughter of James and Hannah (Allen) Holt, has only birth information and nothing else except a guess that she died young and never married.

This seems like a possibility of two Rebeccas.
