Aaron,
Can you possibly provide me with the title of the book that you discovered at the LDS Library in Salt Lake City?
My GROW family was also in Andover, MA, and I would love to be able to locate a copy of it to view, possibly inter library loan.
My maiden name is GROW, and I am 10th generation removed from John Grow and Hannah Lord.My ancestor in Killingly, Windham Co., CN, was Nathaniel Grow who was married to Betsy Cady, daughter of Jonathan Cady.Nathaniel was in the 4th Continental Line from Connecticut during the War of the Revolution.
I descend from their son....Nathaniel Grow and Sarah Cornwell of Yates County, NY....through son, Charles Milan Grow Sr. of Yates Co. and Lucinda Emeline Hills (Fabius, Onondaga Co., NY).Both Charles and Lucinda were deaf and received their educations in New York City, becoming teachers for the deaf at the NC school during the Civil War,in Raleigh.Their son, Charles Milan Grow Jr. is my grandfather.
I do hope you can provide me with the title of the book and the author, as I would love to read it.
Sincerely,
Linda Grow Siekman
