I have no idea if the GuenZler family you seek info on is the same as the GuenSler
family I married into.But one major link:
Jo Davies County, Illinois.

I have only this info:
Ira Guensler m. Vivian Straitt in Hanover, Illinois date circa 1920's?They had one surviving son named Floyd Leroy Guensler who was raised in Hanover, IL,
Joe Davies County.Floyd married Janis Gollobith of Hanover in the mid 40's and they had two children:Elaine (1947) and Gordon Guensler 1949.Gordon has one child, William Edward Guensler b. 1986.

Please let me know if you think any connection.Spellings (as you know) were often changed either inadvertently or
on purpose.
