Gullage / Gulledge
Is there anyone out there with research showing a connection or a change in spelling between Gullage and Gulledge, particularly on the east coast of the USA or in the UK in the early 1700-1800's. I have seen some files for Gullage names in this area and wonder if it is a totally separate line.I have also seen Gulledg and Gullidge which may be variations.
I know that the original spelling of Gulledge was Golledge in the UK.
