Gail Carter Hacker,b.1916,dau of E.M/Hazel(Yates)Hacker,Kent Co. MI/Kenton Co.KY

I have an original postcard photograph of “Gail Carter Hacker – age 6 months”, which I’d like to get back to descendants or family members. Photo was taken by the Jones Studio in the summer of 1916 and probably taken in Ohio, for that is where she was born.

I found “Gail Carter Hacker” in the 1920 census for Grand Rapids (Kent Co.) MI, age 3, daughter of E. M. Hacker and Hazel Yates Hacker.In 1930, this family is in Kenton Co., KY, and father’s name looks like Everett.Gail was listed as age 14.Ancestry OneWorldTree shows that Gail Hacker was born 27 Jan 1916 and married Slade Leroy Carr, born Jan 1911.She died, per OWT, in 1983 in Kenton, KY.
