Looking for a Miss Hackworth; m.Wilson Hall, had daughter, Phoebe (m.Joe Howard)

Looking for my husband's great-grandmother's family. My husband is Phillip D.Howard of Dayton, Ohio. His father was Dolpha S.Howard, born in eastern Ky. in about 1911 (date not certain, but it was Dec.24, we believe.) His father was Joe (Joseph) Howard, son of Thomas C.Howard and Lydia (Gullett). Joe married Phoebe (Hall). They had six children. Dolpha was the youngest. I want to know any information about Phoebe (Hall), her parents, and her grandparents. Her mother was a Hackworth. I do not know her first name. I do not know anything about her. We are trying to piece together a family tree for our children and grandchildren. Thank you.
