My great grandfather was Thomas Haher. He immigrated from Ire. 1865, married Mary Shaughnessy and lived in Binghamton N.Y. until his death in 1912. They had 4 daughters...no sons. If the time frame and city are the same, perhaps Thomas and Edward were related. Do you have data?
