In my data base, I have Isaac Washington HALCOMB b. 1844 SC, married 23 May 1865 to Amanda Jane COOMER b. 1847 Wayne Co., KY, d. 20 Sep 1913, bd. Tateville Cemetery, Tateville, Pulaski Co., KY.
Amanda's parents were Richard M. COOMER & Sarah "Sally" TAYLOR.

I found Isaac, Amanda, & two daughters on the 1870 Pulaski Co., KY census. I have not been able to find them on any other census.
