Hi Dan,
I see your name on a lot of postings and I commend your dilligence.
I have recently located family members by following each and every name that has been dropped by an aunt , uncle or my dad (Hale members).I scrounged census papers, family trees online, and have found the most productive resource to be the backside of old pictures::::after asking my father to identify people in some of those pictures,he will respond with surprise and the statement " oh yeah, I forgot about old so-n-so..." and the next thing I know a story is being told about the person or a story he had heard about that person. Then,I follow up on those names with the normal internet searches at ancestry, etc.but on each of the 5 new living family branches I have located,I found them through white pages searches.I spoke with a cousin of my grandfather's __the last of ten children__ and he mentioned another relative that was known to have done a lot fo family researc. Now he didn't mention this cousin until the 4th time I had spoken to him.good luck on your search.pleez contact if you have anything to offer or if you feel I might for you.
