My Hale family in Blockley, England, starting in the mid-1600s were mainly stone masons, but they also had a pub named The Red Lion starting in the mid 1870s.My Hale family (sometimes their name is mis-transcribed as Hall)married into the Wilburn (Wilborn, Welborn), Keen, Nicholls, Davis, Long, Wills,Paine, Wilkins, many other families in the Blockley area in the Cotswolds (formerly Worcestershire Co.)
