I have checked "Haley and Related Families" and "Haleys Plus" but find no reference to him.Is he in the 1860 IL Census?If not, try checking the IL State Archives references on ministers in Illinois during that timeframe.You may be able to locate his father this way.(IL State Archives has an e-mail address but I can't seem to locate it at the moment.)
