Robert Halfpenny 1725 England

I am looking for information on a Robert Halfpenny in London, England.
All I know is that he was convicted of a crime and was transported from Newgate prison to the America in 1725.
Would like to have any information on him prior to that date, i.e. birth date, birth place, parents, etc.
