Spelling variations of Halfpenny surname

In the marriage record of my ancestor in 1804 in Montgomery County, VA, her name appears as Hannah HALFPANE.I have no information on her parents or siblings and this is the only place I have ever seen the name HALFPANE. I believe her maiden name might have been HALFPENNY.Can anyone tell me if they have ever seen the surname HALFPENNY spelled as HALFPANE?I would appreciate suggestions from anyone on any other possible spellings for the name HALFPANE.
