My ancestors include this John Halfpenny and Esther Nevius, I don't have all the info on them right now, my mom does.My mother is a Happney, her father was born David Anderson Halfpenny, but after their father died the kids changed the spelling. David's father was Lewis Halfpenny and his mother was Susan Nichols, they lived in West Virginia. Lewis came to West Virginia first when David was a child.Lewis' parents were David C. and Mary Ann ? (we think Gibson) first, then to Jane Moody.If we can share, I will get the other stuff from my mom. Okay?David C. parents were Richard Halfpenny from New Jersey.
