Richard Halfpenny born 1773 New Jersey

Does anyone know who this Richard was married too. He lived in New Brunswick, Middlesex county, New Jersey born 1773, died 1807.In his will he left all his worldly goods to his wife, but it didn't say who she was!We know Richard had one son, David C. and we think he had a daughter named Anne.If anyone can help out with this family I would be so grateful, we can share the descendents that we have, thank you!
