Penelope Halfpenny & Robert Jones

Hello. I am looking for any information I can find on who the parents of Penelope Halfpenny, married to Robert Jones, are. Their daughters are Marg Jones, and Penelope Jones.Penelope Jones married into the Wooley family that I am descended from, through the Perkes line of my mother's side of the family.

The information I have on Penelope Halfpenny so far, is that she was born about 1737, of Monmouthshire Wales, and died in 1774.To my knowledge, she was in the United States, at the time of her death.
