Thanks so much for answering my post.So far I have this on John:Isaac, John and William Hapenny are in the Tax List of New Brunswick, North Ward, Middlesex Co. New Jersey in the year of 1779.I also have that a John Halfpenny got 1,000 acres in Ohio for military service in the Va. Militia during the revolutionary War.John is listed among the original land owners in Anderson Township, Hamilton Co., Ohio.I also found a John Halfpenny, died in Jefferson, Ky, 11-15-1919 age 42.We are sure that our David C.C. Halfpenny had a bother named John and James, and Thomas and William and Richard too. There is precious little on the Halfpenny's on the net.Have you found out much?
