I am just giving some information to you regarding my family to see if there maybe a connection.

My father was born 24th March 1943 his name being Edward McAndrew Halfpenny and wife being Jean Elliot Watt.His father was Patrick Canning Halfpenny born 1901 and died 1971 his wife's name was Roseanne Convery McAndrew.They had several children in each generation.
