Hi John,

The info that I have found so far shows that he was born on April 07, 1822 in Lauzon, PQ, Canada.

I still haven't proved conclusively that he is the father of Zephirin Halle. Who is my Great Grandfather. Once I can prove the relationship between Rigobert and Zephirin, I have a ton of info that goes way back.
