Wis.. - 1859 -Martha HALVORSON/HABERDATTER,JOHNSON, TISDALL

Looking for parents & family connections with my GG Grandparents, Martha HABERDATTER/HALVORSON, who was born in or near Bergen, Norway on 20 JAN 1833. She was part of large family of brothers and sister(no names). Was said "came to Iowa as still a young girl first" but secondly told "about 1859 came by sailing ship to Canada and walked across border into Wis., with mother and couple of other siblings"??? Martha's 1st spouse Norwegian Roland or H. JOHNSON(killed - soldier in Civil War). Their child Oliver JOHNSON was born 31 AUG 1861 - LaCrosse, Wis.(Olivercousins Sam SAMPSON & Sam HANSON). Oliver marr. 22 MAY 1884 - Atlantic,Iowa to Amelia Belle POTTER from Indiana(Amelia's father Martin VanBuren POTTER grandfather Earl POTTER).

Martha 2nd spouse in 1866, Wis. widower with 6 children Johannes TISDALL they had 6 more TISDALL children. Oliver JOHNSON lived with his family in Wisconsin, Iowa, South Dakota and Saskatchewan, Canada. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Irene
