Bertha Halvorsen b. 10 Nov 1859

I'm looking for the Norwegian parents of my great great grandmother Bertha Halvorsen. A note my grandmother made in the 1980s lists Bertha's parents' names as Halvor Halvorsen and Targon Wilson (sic). Bertha came to America in 1879. I believe she came alone, but I don't know. Any assistance is welcome and appreciated. thanks
