I am looking for Richard Handley or the name may be James Richard Handley. His birth record shows his name as Richard Handley. He was born in 1939 Manchester, England
June Quarter Volume 8d Page 595. His Father was James Handley and his Mother was Elizabeth Handley (maiden name Cunliffe) His Mother was remarried to a Costello from Ireland. I have no other info on the Handley family except for his Mother Elizabeth. I have been searching for Richard Handley for years. Any information would be great!
