Looking for info about Mrs. H. Handley of S. Vandalia NY

I am trying to identify a picture of a man and woman made by a photographer of Smethport PA. On the back is written instructions, for making a copy of it. There is no date of any kind but these type pictures, size of a postcard, were popular from about 1890 to 1910, maybe longer.The information on the back is as follows:Mrs. H. Handley, So. Vandalia NY. sepia, 3.96, make the moustache heavier.
