Jerry Hanley?

I have some information, but I think it may have crossed and I may have headed down the wrong path, any help would be appreicated.Here is what I have:

Peter Hanley (born 1835? in Ireland) immigrated to the US in 1845 and married Anna (born 1844?).They had 9 children.Of the 9 there was Thomas and Charles W (b. 1882?).

Charles William Hanley Marrried Delia Mary Whelan.They lived in Kinross, IA and had 1 (?) son, Gerald Michal Hanley (1923-1976)

Gerald Michal Hanley married Mary and (maybe living in Cedar Rapids, IA) had 3 (?) sons; Jerry, Tom and Jeremy (?).

Any help confirming or filling in some blanks?
