Hanly/Hanley's from Limerick
I'm looking for any descendants of the Hanly/Hanley's (spelt differently on numerous occasions) of Limerick, mainly of the anacotty district. Basically Martin Hanly who married Annie Connell (nov 11th 1886 in Caherconlish, Limerick)and they had the following children Edmond, Johanna,Bridget,Annie,Hanora,John (my husbands granddad), martin, Peter and James. they are on this census http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Limerick/Ballysimon/Tooreen/1493688/http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Limerick/Ballysimon/Tooreen/1493688/ and in 1911My husbands Granddad joined the police force and lived his life in Offaly, but where did the rest of his siblings end up? Martin had died by the 1911 census as Annie is recorded as being a widow. so the other children in their teens were away working as housekeepers, and John a labourer at other residents houses in limerick, in order to provide a wage now Martin had passed away http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Limerick/Caherconlish/Srahane/623644/http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Limerick/Caherconlish/Srahane/623644/ . They must have stayed in Srahane, Caherconlish, for a while as its on John Hanly's police service record that the home address was the same in 1923.So if anyone is related contact me :)
