Edward Hanley b abt. 1854

Edward was married to Mary A. Simmons or Simonds. They had two sons, Joseph (1885) and Charles (abt. 1879), in addition they had daughters Annie, Margaret, and Loretta.

They lived in Naugatuck around 1885. I'm not sure when Joseph and Mary began living in Connecticut. Mary was born in New York. I'm not clear on where Joseph was born...I've seen references to New York and Ireland.

I'm looking for any assistance that could provide information about Joseph's birthplace.
