DNA Project

By Dianne Conaway Blankenstein November 23, 2004 at 07:27:21

We are starting a Genealogy DNA project for the surnames Hannah, Hanna, Hannon- any variation. If you are a male, or have a male relative with one variation of this surname ,and are interesting in participating please contact the project administrator ? Jerry D. Hannah [email protected] or one of the co-administrators ? Meredith Rond [email protected] or Dianne Blankenstein [email protected] will be posting results at http://pages.prodigy.net/blankenstein/hannah_hannon.htmhttp://pages.prodigy.net/blankenstein/hannah_hannon.htm .You may join our project through DNA Heritage, or if you wish to use one of the other companies who does DNA testing, we will be glad to post your results with ours. You can also find our results at www.ysearch.org and www.ybase.org as soon as it is available. Why are we doing this?Because we?ve all hit road blocks in our genealogy research. The cost is now affordable and we are hoping to get some new clues by matching other researchers. This is not to take to place of documented research, but to supplement it and suggest directional changes for futher research.
