Re: Hanlon - Armagh ?

hi i also have a james hanlon in my family tree and he was born in hull 1871. his father micheal hanlon is my gggg father lived inhull married maria hatfield 1867 they had 4 children in the 1881 census (name was mistakingly put down as hanlan)james 10 years george 8years walter 5 years.amelia 1 year.i dont no if there is a connection.but they maybe related in some way. seems strange that they both came to hull and have a micheal and james in our family's there is also a web site for hanlons freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com i hope this helps
