CECILIA R. O'HANLON of Irish descent

Trying to find information on my late Grandmother Cecilia R. O'Hanlon. The "R" stands for either Rose, Roscell or Roskell. She was born 1st June 1903 either somewhere in Ireland or on The Isle of Man. She settled in Accrington (England) eventually with her Husband, Thomas, but unfortunately that is all I know of her. It would be wonderful if anybody out there could shed some light, or point me in the right direction
