I'm glad this information was useful. I know there are several people with an interest in the family of the Rev. Hugh Hanna, so I have summarised the information I have collected below. Thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way. I have also posted in the Ireland forum on this site where there are some additional responses.
I would be interested to hear more about your relative Catherine Hanna. I am trying to find a possible link between my Hanna line and the line of the Rev. Hugh Hanna. Any further information you have may be useful.
JOHN HANNA was the Rev. Hugh Hanna’s grandfather Source: http://www.lisburn.com/books/dromara-parish/dromara-parish-1.htmlhttp://www.lisburn.com/books/dromara-parish/dromara-parish-1.html He had a son: PETER HANNA who was married to ELLEN FINISTON The Rev. Hugh Hanna was their son. I have been told that DR. WILLIAM HANNA and (by you) CATHERINE HANNA were Hugh’s siblings, although I do not have any documentary evidence of this.

The rev. Hugh Hanna was married to: FRANCES SPENCE RANKIN (known as Fanny) Born: Abt 1831 Died: 04 Apr 1913. Buried Balmoral Cemetery, Belfast Father: James Rankin
I was given the following information about the children of Hugh and Fanny from someone who researched the St. Enoch baptism’s register, the Belfast church that the Rev. Hugh Hanna founded and pastored. Based upon correspondence I have had with other people, I believe this information to be accurate:
i. FRANCES HELENA HANNA (known as Helena - possibly married a Mr. J Moulds) Born: 13 Jun 1853 in Belfast. Died: Abt 1938 ii. AGNES JANE HANNA (know as Ann – married Rev. Moles) Born: 12 Mar 1855 in Belfast. iii. SARAH AMELIA HANNA Born: 18 Feb 1857 in Belfast. iv. HUGH HENRY HANNA Born: 28 Oct 1858 in Belfast. v. WILLIAM FRANCIS HANNA Born: Oct 1860 in Belfast. v. LOUISA HANNA. Born: Aug 1862 in Belfast. Married: In the USA to JAMES BANKS RANKIN. Louisa Hanna had a child EILEEN RANKIN who went on to marry the REV HENRY PAYNE from Brooklyn, NY.
