Iam related to Hardiman Simmons.He was my gg grand father.His wife was Martha West .they had several children.MarySimmons married Logan C [email protected] in Laurens Co. S.C.Came to Tx.thru Ga.&Ms.Sarah G.was born in Ms.She married I.J.Lauderdale in 1879,Cherokee Co. Tx.He was my gr.father.I have a lotof genealogy on Simmons.Catherine Hardeman was the wife of John Simmons.He died in !810 in S.C.hope this will help you.Maxine Cullison
