Lewis/Louis Tyler Hardyman died 1877 Jefferson County, AL.
Lewis Tyler Hardyman is buried in Big Creek Cemetery about 20 miles S.W. of Bessemer, AL. and about 5 miles south west of Oak Grove, AL..His wife Margaret is buried in Old Blue Creek Cemetery about 8 miles south of Hueytown, AL. and a couple of miles east of Adger, AL.. I have never seen Blue Creek on a map, so if you look and can not find it you will know.
Lewis Tyler was the son of Charles Tyler Hardyman who was the son of Stith Hardyman and Rachel Tyler born in Charles City, Va..I am sure he died in Rusk County Texas, that is the last place I can find him and that was in the 1860 Federal Census Report of Rusk County, Tx..In 1850 Charles was with a Thompson Camp who had married his daughter Susan Hardyman, Susan died in 1855 and is buried in Birmingham.
Lewis/Louis Tyler Hardyman had a daughter Catherine Ann Hardyman 1833-1909 who married a William Joseph McDaniel and she is buried in Old Blue Creek Cemetery about 50 feet from her mother Margaret B. Hardyman and 3 young Hardyman children. Catherine is my GGGreat Grand mother.
