Ollie, I am a descendant of Mabel (Harden) Barrett.I thought you might like the following information for your files:
Indiana Marriage Collection, 1800-1941
Name: Frances Tracey (actually Mary Frances Lucinda Tracy)
Spouse Name: D K Hardin (actually Danield Kidd Harden)
Marriage Date: 7 Apr 1872
Marriage County: Spencer
Source Title 1: Spencer County, Indiana
Source Title 2: Index to Marriage Record 1850 - 1920 Inclusive Vol
Source Title 3: Original Record Located: County Clerk's Office Roc
Book: 6
OS Page: 367
Mary Frances Lucinda Tracy was the daughter of John Tracy and Mary Jane Sheets. This John Tracy family was originally from Franklin Co. Ky and was in Ohio Twp., Spencer Co. Indiana for awhile perhaps so John Tracy and his sons could work in the saw mills there. They were there as far as I can tell from about 1869-1873 or 1874 and then returned to Franklin Co. Ky (except for Frances & Dan Harden).Frances Tracy Harden and her new husband Daniel K. Harden went to Daniel's home town in Clermont Co. Ohio where Daniel was from orignally. They can be found on the 1880 Census there.Daniel was in his fathers household in Clermont Co. OH in 1870 so apparently he left there after June 1870 and went to Spencer Co. Indiana and returned to Ohio sometime after 1873 but before 1880.Daniel K. Harden and family eventually migrated from Ohio to Johnson Co. Arkansas.
Good hunting.
