Via my Ancestry.com subscription I find a tree at:http://genforum.genealogy.com/harner/messages/382.htmlhttp://genforum.genealogy.com/harner/messages/382.html
which says his parents were Henry Harner (1774-1885?) and Barbara (1775-1840.
The same site also references 1840 (Rumley, Harrison, Ohio) and 1880 (Fairview, Harrison, Ohio) census pages.1840 at:http://search.ancestry.com/browse/view.aspx?dbid=8057&iid=4093818_00222&pid=2647755&ssrc=&fn=Joseph&ln=Harner&st=ghttp://search.ancestry.com/browse/view.aspx?dbid=8057&iid=4093818_00222&pid=2647755&ssrc=&fn=Joseph&ln=Harner&st=g
1880 at:http://search.ancestry.com/browse/view.aspx?dbid=6742&iid=4243626-00682&pid=23715477&ssrc=&fn=Joseph&ln=Harner&st=ghttp://search.ancestry.com/browse/view.aspx?dbid=6742&iid=4243626-00682&pid=23715477&ssrc=&fn=Joseph&ln=Harner&st=g
The 1880 census shows Rebecca's birth in 1811?
