Patrick J. Harney and Ellen Lavelle

My great aunt Ellen Lavelle, born about 1890 in Inishbofin, Galway, Ireland married Patrick J. Harney, born about 1885 in County Waterford.They were married in Boston about 1918.My uncle recalls that Pat Harney died sometime during World War II.I have been unable to find an obituary or date of death.Any assistance would be appreciated.
