Martha Harris married Ephraim Ezell

I am looking for information on a Martha Harris that was born about 1790 in South Carolina probably Spartanburg County. She married Ephraim Ezell April 2, 1814 in Spartanburg County. I was wondering if anyone may have the parents of this Martha.
Ephraim and Martha are listed on the 1820 census of Spartanburg County and then in 1830 was listed in Greenvile County back in Spartanburg by 1840, haven't located them in 1850 but in 1860 they are living with thier son Samuel Ezell listed as Isreal on the census in Gordon County, Georgia Ephraim age 90 and Martha age 70. In 1870 Martha is living next to what appears to be her daughter Elizabeth Williams and family in Rutherford County North Carolina listed as age 80 and in 1880 is listed as 90 years old and listed as Patsy in the household of her daughter Seluda Hopper and her husband Thomas. Any help will be appreciated. I am descended from Martha through her son Samuel Ezell.
