Harrower in Quebec, Canada, 1800-1850

I am a French-speaking historian in Quebec, Canada, and looking for any information about David, Robert and Charles Harrower, 3 brothers, who came in Québec, Canada, about 1794-1805 and had a distillery at Port-Joli, 60 miles below Quebec City, on the south shore. David died in 1826, Robert in 1832 and Charles in the '50. The distillery was operating from 1804 to 1832 or so.
