Hmmm.
Now I know the trouble. The census taker screwed up and put Amanda and James H. with another family, then notated it back. The notation is almost illegible on the Harvey page, but is right there on the next page, where James and Amanda are listed.

All of the dates I have seem to be off, however. Unless every single person in the family is lying about their ages.
