I beleive he is from NC. Rockingham is a town in Scotland Co. NC and there are lots of Hatchers there and several Sim and Simeon Hatchers. I will check about the preacher status with some older family tomorrow. Do you have any dates or know type of church?? Are there any stories of being Indian??
