W.V.Hospital, July 2 1961, lived in Ransom,Pike Ky., Parents-Roland T. And Letty Gooslin, Informant on death cert.,Bernie Hatfield- Ransom,Ky. Chett was said to have a 2nd family when married to Minnie. Chetts middle name is in question.
