Gerad Brower died Mar. 2, 1937 in Chenoa, Ill. and left no surviving widow, no children, no mother or father. He named the following persons as his heirs-at-law:

(NOTE:persons 1-4 are "Heir-at-Law & Legatee". Susan Milner is "Devisee & Legatee". Unfortunately I left my legal dictionary at the courthouse--ha-ha! Who is she?)
The rest of the inheritance goes to charities in Chicago, Normal, Meadows, Chenoa, Bloomington and Peoria,IL. Probate isn't resolved until 1946.
