Yes it would be good to find common ancesters.I have got as far back as Richard Bolitho born 1776 in Tregony, Cornwall, he married Thomasine Johns.His son,Richard Nicols Hawkey(direct ancester), along with one or two other siblings, migrated to London and were in the furniture business.The next generation all seem to have been born in the Bethnal Green area including my direct ancester George Caleb Hawkey.I have not found, so far, that any of mine moved in a Northerly direction.If I do locate any I will certainly contact you again.
