Hayhoe Fen Ditton/ Stowe

My gg-grandmother was Ann Sarah/Sarah Ann HAYHOE/HAYHOW. She was 31 in 1858 which would make her year of birth 1826/27.
She came from Cambridge. Married Thomas Pearson in 1843 at Singleton (can't find record of marriage on NSW BDM).
Moved to Mudgee area in 1856 (from son's baptisimal record).
I think I have identified her as Sarah Ann HAYHOW born 1 Jan 1826 at Fen Ditton in Cambridge or Stowe Norfolk, father James born early 1800's.

I have found a death registration of a James HAYHOE who died at Mudgee in 1858 aged 50 years, native place was Cambridgeshire.Informant was undertaker so age may not be accurate,no further info, could be her father.
