There must be a connection somewhere because I've been unable to find very few Hayhoe's in Essex.This is actually a connection to my wife's family.
The Jeremiah I have died 10.5.1906 and is buried in Great Bentley Churchyard along with his wife Johanna who died 2.10.1913. Their daughter Anna married a Robert Thomas Slowgrove in Great Holland.She was born around 1860 in Great Holland.
I have an entry for a Jeremiah being baptised 19.12.1831 in Weeley, parents were Thomas and Martha Hayhoe.He was shown as being a cordwainer.
I also have a Jeremiah and Martha Hayho in Great Holland being the parents of
Harriet Martha bpt 6.1.1827
Mary Ann bpt Feb. 1831
Sarah Anne bpt 7.4.1833
Hellen bpt 28.8.1836
This Jeremiah was shown as being a labourer.
I have a few other bits and pieces but unfortunately I've not been able to connect much of it up.I'm sure there must be a connection somewhere.
