Don't know how I missed this but the article you refer is the Buffalo Evening News article written in 1931. It is available to read or download at kennyheacock.com. This is not the complete (or image)article but rather is a transcription of it. That means you won't see the picture that was published with it. This history deals mostly with the branch that went to Canada after the American Revolution. The article would have you think that Jonathan Heacock headed up the expedition but in reality he probably went along with a few of his siblings including a sister who had already settled in the Niagara Peninsula and returned to Bucks County. When she returned the group went with her.
