Florence Hearns b. 1882 Brockville, Ontario

Looking for information on Florence Hearns, b. 16 Sept. 1882 in Brockville, Ontario. Her father May have been Peter Hearns and her mother, Elizabeth Rowe. I believe the family may have have originally been from NY, but 4 of their 5 children were born in Ontario then they moved to Watertown, NY or at least near that area after Florence was born. It was in NY that she met and married Arthur Jobson (listed as Jobberson on some records). Any information would be greatly appreciated.
